Cars stranded in flood water after tropical storm hits the Philippines

Cars were stranded after heavy flooding in the Philippines which is expected to get worse in the coming days.

The tailback was seen in on Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue in Manila last night (June 13) during the rush hour.

Forecasters said the capital would continue to be hit with severe downpours due to a prevalent southwest monsoon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned of possible landslides and flooding.
